Please note that our chocolates are handcrafted and lead times may vary depending on the size of your order. As a guide, large orders may take up to 6 weeks and smaller orders 5 working days.

DELIVERY

We do deliveries within Port Elizabeth once a week.  Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to outlying areas, but can arrange a convenient collection point. 

For national deliveries we use a trusted courier.  Please note that there will be an additional cost for postage and packaging.

STORAGE

Our slabs and hot chocolates have a longer shelf life if stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Please see packaging for best before date.

Our pralines, however, are heat sensitive and fair best between 15 and 18 °C. They are best stored in a sealed container and refrigerated. It is best to separate them from strong odours which may affect the taste.

Storage tip: When removing pralines from the fridge, for best results, allow them to return to room temperature at around 20 °C before opening the container as this will prevent condensation on the chocolate casings. 

ALLERGENS

Please be aware that Sjukla is manufactured in an area where allergens such as nuts, dairy and wheat are also used in production. We have an Allergen Control Policy in place to reduce the chance of cross contamination.
